Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your vacation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Penalties:

• 60+ days before departure: $100

• 59-31 days before departure: $150

• 30-14 days before departure: $250

• 13-2 days before departure: 50% of the total cost of your retreat package

• 1-0 days before departure: 100% of the total cost of your retreat package

Travel Insurance: It is crucial to have adequate travel insurance to cover your retreat costs. Most last-minute cancellations are due to personal injury or family emergencies, so verify with your insurer that these scenarios are covered. Travel insurance can help cover costs if you must miss part or all of your trip and are not eligible for a refund under our cancellation policy.

Operator Cancellations: If BFit Retreat needs to cancel your stay due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters), we are not liable for refunds or travel costs. Ensure your travel insurance includes coverage for “operator cancellations,” which is generally included in standard policies.

Unused Services: No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused activities or services such as hotel rooms, surf lessons, fitness workouts, yoga, or trips. Our retreats are quoted as a package, and credits are not given for unused services.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for any reason.

Medical Insurance

Always have medical insurance when traveling abroad. Your policy must cover you for the entire trip and for all activities, including but not limited to surfing, hiking, fitness, and yoga. It should also cover emergency evacuation and repatriation. Supplemental travel insurance is available in addition to your primary insurance.

Note: BFit Retreat does NOT provide medical insurance or coverage.

Additional Services

Additional activities or services not included in your original retreat package will incur extra charges. These may include surf lessons, surf tours, boat tours, transportation services, yoga, fitness workouts, hiking, etc.

Unused Services: As stated, no partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused activities or services.
